Serving Size: One Scoop (Approx 8g)

Suggested use: Mix 8g (one scoop) with 150ml of water and consume 20 minutes before workout. Take up to 1 serving per day.  We recommend starting with ½ dose to assess the tolerance before taking the full dose. Better if mixed with a shaker.

WARNING! High Caffeine content; 400mg per scoop. Do not take other sources of caffeine and do not use later than 4 pm. We recommend to start with half scoop to asses the tolerance
